Day One:

Your first visit allows us to connect with you and learn about specific concerns or health goals that you may have. The Doctor will do a thorough consultation and examination with you. Then we will take x-rays, if necessary.  This gives us a deeper look into structural compensations your body might be undergoing to adapt to the different stressors placed upon your nervous system. Your doctor will review the findings after your appointment to determine the best and most unique care plan to help you reach your health goals. 

Please allow around 30-45 minutes per person at our office for the initial visit.

Day Two:

By the time of your second visit, the doctor has gone over the results of your exam findings and x-rays and has created a care plan specific to your individual health needs. At this visit, we will sit down and discuss your care plan along with any additional recommendations or evaluations, if needed. During this time, you can ask any questions or concerns that you may have about your care plan and the next steps that will be taken towards elevating your health. You will receive your first adjustment on this visit!

 
 

BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT:

 

After scheduling your initial visits to Wellness In Motion Chiropractic, please fill out our online paperwork and fill it out to your individual health goals. We ask that you provide as much detail in your paperwork about your specific needs. This will help the doctor connect with who you are and help us serve you. You must have the paperwork filled out before your first visit to the office or your appointment may be rescheduled.  

 
 
 

INSURANCE:

 

We currently accept BCBS, United Healthcare, Cigna, and VA insurances. We also accept Care Credit. For our other families without insurance or for other insurances we do not bill to, we offer very affordable self pay options! We have created the best, most unique, and affordable care plans for our Wellness In Motion Chiropractic Tribe. WIMC provides many different payment plan options, both for individuals and families.

 
NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life and emergencies happen, but we do ask that if you cannot keep your appointment, please call us within 24 hours to cancel and reschedule your appointment. You can leave a message on our answering machine and one of our staff members will gladly reschedule your appointment for you. If you do not show up for your appointment and did not call ahead to Cancel (NO CALL/NO SHOW), you will be charged a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW Missed Appointment Fee.
No-Show Policy - New Patient Appointments = $40
No-Show Policy- Chiropractic Adjustment Appointments = $25 ( Starting with 2nd no show)

We have a very busy schedule and usually have waiting lists going for appointments. We ask you to please be considerate of our Patients, Doctor’s and Staff’s time, as everyone’s care is important. We ask that you call ahead to Cancel YOUR appointment as soon as you can.
